Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) babu99 account. If you already hold a babu99 account and attempt to open a second account, babu99 reserves the right to close both accounts, void all pending wagers, and confiscate any funds held across both accounts. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules published on babu99.pro, constitute the entire agreement between you and babu99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
